Bekaa Valley, Lebanon
Refugee children are prevented from getting an education because of their status of refugees and inability to afford a quality education. The direct socio-economic conditions in Lebanon have weakened the education system in the country, with many schools closing their doors.
AMAN means Safety in Arabic, and the AMAN school in Beqaa, Lebanon, aims to secure the futures of underprivileged children. The project will provide kindergarten, elementary and intermediate education to 650 of the most vulnerable children (Syrian / Palestinian Refugees and Lebanese).
